Dear Joe:

My brother, Carl Griggs, and I just came back from a muzzleloader hunt with Rocky Mountain Ranches. We were extremely happy as we both took nice bulls. We have hunted for many years in the Colorado Rockies but this was the first time that we both tagged out. My brother got a very nice 5x5. I took one that would have been a 5x5 had he not spent so much time fighting and breaking off most of his antlers!!

The thing that impressed me the most was that Joe never promised anything that wasn't true. He was honest about the entire hunt and gave us great tips on where he has seen elk. My brother and I are well into our 60's and were very pleased to find that the terrain was not near as daunting or rugged as other areas in Colorado where we have hunted. Overall, we saw many elk - both bulls and cows and had great opportunities to make our shots.

Thank you, Joe, for such a memorable hunt and the time of our lives!! We will be back next year and hopefully for years to come!!
